Job Overview: Assumes responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality, and project status. Coordinates with multiple SMSC departments, engineers, and contractors to develop and deliver quality projects in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Assist with development of construction plans, specifications, and permit submittals. Develop preliminary project estimates and assist with Capital Improvement Plan development. Provide/develop performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule, and safety for projects.
