Establishes guidelines to monitors systems performance, and ensures applications stability through the effective use of personal computers, servers, and technical services. Being a Client/Server Operations Manager develops operational policies and procedures, and determines most efficient utilization of personnel and equipment. Requires a bachelor's degree.
