During training the GMT may travel throughout the region in which they are assigned to further their development, while waiting to assume the role of General Manager in a branch location. A new branch location can become available in several ways: Acquisition, Greenfield or internal movement in the company. This individual would need to be open to relocation as this position may need to relocate for a branch location within the Region or outside of the Region, but within the Groundworks umbrella.
