Trident Talent is seeking Software Programmer/ EDI Developer who will work with a team of highly skilled associates and managers to maintain, implement, and analyze technical systems.
This is a onsite first shift position.
Hourly Rate between $32.00-$35.00 plus full benefits and Annual Bonus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, maintain and support company’s software applications.
2. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and modifying software programs and systems.
3. Encode, test, debug and document programs based on pre-established guidelines, programming knowledge and judgement to plan and accomplish tasks.
4. Manage multiple projects and troubleshoot applications.
5. Provide accurate status on programming solutions.
6. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. Hands-on experience with:
i. .Net Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5/higher, C#, SQL Server 2012-2019
ii. MS-SQL & T-SQL.
iii. XML, JavaScript, ADO, Web Services, & object oriented programming concepts.
iv. MAS500 or a similar ERP a plus.
v. Knowledge of EDI/B2B/e-commerce is a plus
vi. API work experience a plus
2. Must have the ability to understand how to analyze and evaluate data.
3. Ability to communicate with users of all levels of experience, and to work creatively, and effectively to produce results.
4. Self-starter with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
5. Knowledge of common business practices, supply-chain, accounting, human resources, and/or inventory management would be a plus.
6. Familiarity with various aspects of programming including layout, usability, code, graphic design, software, and related technologies.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science with an emphasis on software development
1-3 years of direct software programming experience and expertise in programming language
Prior EDI experience is preferred, not required
