The Client Care Coordinator manages quality assurance with one-on-one relationship building with our clients and CAREGivers. The Client Care Coordinator performs a variety of duties that relate to client care including client/caregivers' introductions, care consultations(meetings) with potential clients and family members, and quality assurance visits with existing clients.
Home Instead uses the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored care plan. We continuously evaluate our clients’ needs through ongoing communication and visits to ensure high-quality care, client satisfaction and retention and opportunities to increase service hours.
