DAY-TO-DAY AT OUR OFFICE
This customer service position works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on business needs. You attend company meetings on Thursdays at 7:00 am and have an on-call schedule for our call center.
As our Client Care Representative, you're at the heart of our call center. With a cheerful attitude, you follow phone scripts to speak with customers and assist them. You treat every call with a sense of urgency, and you go the extra mile to make things right with unhappy customers. You're also responsible for making outbound phone calls to perform telemarketing duties, follow up with clients, and reach out to referrals.
By maintaining accurate computer records, documenting customer complaints, running reports, and collaborating with your team, you ensure smooth call center operations. This entry-level position provides ample opportunities to learn more and grow.
