RHS is hiring a Director of Home Care for Prairie View Assisted Living in Hector. This is a full-time (80 hours/pp), exempt position. Hours are primarily Monday - Friday (Days) with some flexibility. This position may also be eligible for a hybrid working environment. Salary Range is $74,701 - $86,940 / year and depends on previous experience.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of Home Care and Housing Services to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Must maintain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Three to five years’ experience in nursing.
• Two years’ experience in home health and/or housing.
• At a minimum must have one year of management experience.
