Coastal Child Care is a well known high quality nanny and babysitting agency in many cities of Virginia and North Carolina. We searching to expand our staff with a "Client Services Manager" This position is FULLY remote.

This position will be around 15-25 hours a week starting AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Most hours would be Monday- Friday, with a flexible day time schedule. As long as clients needs are being met in a timely manner, you will be able to set your own hours. Clients (parents) sometimes wish to speak after their work hours, so evenings may occasionally be needed. Some weekends would only be needed for on call shifts (would be remote) or scheduled calls and meetings.

The remote job tasks can be completed on a mostly flexible schedule. Client services manager, would be ensure all clients are happy and their childcare needs are met. This will include handling our occasional care job calendar and placing nanny's with families. Nanny placement coordinator tasks that can be done remotely would facilitating family interviews, reviewing family requests, and collaborating with other team members to find the right nanny for each family.

Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a confident/friendly interview presence are required. Past childcare/casual babysitting/motherhood/etc. experience along with nanny placement experience is strongly PREFERRED for this position, but not required.

HOURLY RATE MAY BE FLEXIBLE IF HAVE NANNY AGENCY ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE!!
