SBX is looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the executive team as Director of Client Services. This is your chance to lead the charge in building strong client relationships and transforming initial concepts into unforgettable brand experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for new business, guiding projects from initial inquiries to a finalized scope of work
• Track jobs year to year, anticipating workflow and scheduling
• Be the architect behind creative briefs, scopes, budgets, and client presentations
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, keeping a pulse on their upcoming needs
• Overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Project Management team
• Lead internal weekly team meetings to keep the entire team informed and all projects on time and under budget
• Be a team leader, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for our Project Managers

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• 5 years of experience in Marketing, with agency or brand
• A proven track record of building high-performing teams and inspiring leadership
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a cool head
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to captivate clients
• A knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Experience in the sports marketing industry (a plus!)

Please note: This position is hybrid between the office in Cornelius, NC and work from home, along with some travel. 5%-15% travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Education:
