• Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer skills.

• Ability to adapt to change and respond to difficult and challenging situations in a professional manner
• Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance

Additional (not required, but is a bonus!)

• Experience in the health & life insurance industry
• Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent

Duties may include (but not limited to):

• Working closely with clients, prospects, and insurance carriers
• Resolving complex client issues
• Quoting Insurance policies (New and Renewal business)
• Running daily errands to the Bank, Post Office, etc.
• Maintaining the Client Database
• Light Office Cleaning
• Keeping files organized
• Assisting with managing phones and email
• Submitting claims

Position Hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
