Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     • You’ll have between one and three years of experience serving clients within the financial services industry, preferably in the fields of managed money and fixed insurance products.
    • You are accustomed to working with insurance carriers and custodians.
    • You understand the language of the financial service and can navigate through the process with ease.
    • You are customer-focused, administratively sound, and computer literate.
    • You will interact with clients and vendors both face-to-face and over the telephone.
    • You will easily connect and develop relationships with prospects and existing clients and build a solid foundation of trust through integrity.

    Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Must have Redtail Software & Charles Schwab platform Experience.
    • Answers the phone and assists with greeting incoming clients.
    • Takes phone calls from existing clients directed toward the advisor.
    • Responsible for supporting the Client Relationship Management (CRM) process within the agency.  
    • Completing new account applications and maintenance documents. Review for accuracy.
    • Submit, follow up, and file all client documentation to process business through vendors such as RIA, Broker/Dealer, and Insurance affiliates. Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners.
    • Track and follow up on all new business and account openings and funding requests, and report to advisors regularly.
    • Handle client-initiated service requests.
    • Ownership of client files and filing system.
    • Always maintain current copies of documents needed for opening accounts or annuity applications.

    Qualifications:
    • 1 - 3 years of Client Services Experience in the Financial Services Industry required. Experience with Managed Money, Annuities & Life Insurance is preferred.
    • Strong communication, writing, and a sense of professionalism.
    • Must provide stellar customer service to clients and co-workers. A self-starter.  Have a “can-do” attitude that is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
    • Confident with using a computer and engaging in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) & Client Management Systems.
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to agents, clients, and third parties.
    • Work successfully in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Ensure adequate follow-up and closure on daily tasks and projects.
    • Handle confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
