Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Client Services Director generates revenue growth through the development and cultivation of relationships that lead to new contracts and/or by retention and growth of existing business within assigned accounts.  The Client Services Director will use experience and deep industry knowledge to assist in short and long-term organizational strategy.
     

    Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Create a sales strategy to develop, cultivate, and grow relationships that result in new and/or additional bookings by engaging current and prospective clients via a variety of medium (e.g., regular contact, needs assessment, on-site visits, business reviews, etc.)
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients by arming them with market analysis data, providing information about challenges to success, sharing results of DOMO data, and/or advising them on best practices
    • Perform contract administration by reviewing and negotiating facility contracts; facilitating necessary corrections/additions; and ensuring rates and terms meet TNAA success requirements before the start of each assignment
    • Review and renew all expiring facility, MSP, VMS contracts to ensure conditions are favorable to continue business.
    • Coordinate with Account Management on prioritization of orders to meet goals and drive bookings.
    • Adhere to all reporting requirements (e.g., weekly accomplishments and goals, proposed revenue/TOA by facility / MSP / VMS, updating Market-Mover report, etc.)
    • Plan and attend trade shows to exhibit and promote the organization’s services to prospective hospitals and clinicians
    • Regularly review client relevancy to identify clients that meet TNAA’s relevancy strategy, and make recommendations to inform organizational decisions for short and long-term positive impact
    • Work collaboratively with internal team members to resolve escalated issues.

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Five (5) years of industry and/or sales or business development experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
    • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
    • Highly effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
    • Ability to relate to a diverse audience and maintain/sustain mutually beneficial and meaningful relationships
    • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
    • Ability to travel up to 15%
    • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration

    Compensation:

    The base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00/year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
