Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Work in a great team environment, at our beautiful, Veterinary of Dermatology Clinic as our Front Desk Reception, Client Service Representative. Check In/Out; Veterinary of Dermatology Appointments; Telephone, and Scheduler/Appointment Booking, Client and Patient care. Cornerstone Software and Pet Health Network Pro/Petly.
    Always communicate in a friendly, reassuring and professional manner. Work using Cornerstone Software, check in/check out.
    Animal handling skills are necessary as the receptionist greets patients, gathers information, can lead patients to an examination room or the clients vehicle for COVID Curbside.
    Excellent interaction skills with practice staff. Maintains the reception area.
    Duties include:

    • Work efficiently and accurately in a positive manner. Apply initiative to find and complete tasks and assist other team members.
    • Always Punctual, conduct self with integrity and commitment to the practice.
    • Demonstrate general knowledge of pets, pet care, and veterinary medicine.
    • Demonstrate computer competency and accuracy. Maintain the client and patient database Cornerstone and Petly. Send correspondence, reports, certificates, and reminders. Our Petly program, helps make this an efficient and easy task with text message and Email automatically
    • Meet safety standards and follow safety procedures
    • Manage, answer phones schedule new patient appointments, procedures, and rechecks
    • Schedule Veterinary Technician appointments; ear cleaning, and injections
    • Discharge patients and collect payment for services, payment is due at time of appointment. No billing!!
    • Manage the schedule for Veterinarian, and Veterinary Technician appointments, and procedures
    • Manage fax line, texts and Emails
    • Review consent forms with clients and verify client information is complete and with signatures
    • Send out new patient packets, or direct to website for completion
    • Manage USPS shipping for prescriptions, take to USPS
    • Manage Clinic Deliveries, advise Vet Techs when Vendor items arrive
    • Manage Clinic administrative items; Tissues, paper towel, toiletries, cleaning products, marketing material, and supplies

    Hours are: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
