Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     What you’ll be doing:
    • Processing client orders and receipts
    • Order confirmations
    • Carrier communications
    • Handling general account records
    • Import/Export documentation
    • Provide departmental support functions for clients as assigned.
    • Utilize the facility Warehouse Information Systems to perform tasks related to client accounts
    • Utilize and accurately complete daily reports and worksheets as required by both clients and management
    • Assist in accurately tracking client activities.
    • Assist other departments, including Operations, in the processing of client requests and communicate changes to schedules or client needs in a timely manner.
    • Effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
    • Act as liaison between the operations and the customer and promptly report client feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction.
    • Provide clients with timely and effective solutions.
    • Assist with driver check-in, driver door assignments, and driver document processing.
    • Set pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and clients.
    • Monitor open orders to ensure scheduled ship dates are being met.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    What you’ll bring to the job:
    • Proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required, normally acquired through a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Proficient knowledge of computer programs/software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
    • Proficient knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, procedures, and technology, ideally acquired through a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Must be able to follow directions with emphasis being placed on safety while performing tasks.
    • Must be able to shift priorities and multitask as required.
    • Available to work any shift as requested, which may include OT, nights, and weekends.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
    • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (email, phone, etc).
    • Must possess organizational skills with an attention to detail.
    • Must have a track record of providing exceptional customer service.
    • Must have responsible work habits and pass pre-employment tests, including background and drug tests.
    • Must be able to work in non-climate controlled warehouse
    • Must be able to work at a computer for up to 8 hours a day
    • Must be able to lift at least 20lbs
