Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Supplemental Information:
    Hiring Rate: $20.19- $25.48/HR ($42,000- $53,000 annually) (DOE)

    Qualifications

    Who should apply?

    • High School graduate or equivalent with at least one (2) years of experience in a clinic or office setting that preferably includes scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to a variety of individuals.
    • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
    • Proficient with computer use and office application (Microsoft Office products) commonly used or applied in this field/trade/position.
    • Keyboarding/typing speed of 40 wpm.
    • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Pass and maintain a clear background record as required by the requirement of healthcare organization under state and federal contracts.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or closely related field.

    Some of what you will do:

    • Provides front desk coverage, greets clients and visitors, and answers phone.
    • Point of Service scheduling at front desk and entering staff daily schedule into electronic health record via management of CIHS Schedule email inbox.
    • Contact clients via phone or text to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for CIHS programs.
    • Completes insurance eligibility verification via web portals and/or phone calls, including assistance with dually insured clients.
    • Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to: copying, scanning confidential documents into the electronic health record, checking and processing FAXs, checking voicemails and forwarding or responding to calls, receiving and forwarding medical records requests for processing.
    • Receives, stamps, and logs mail for distribution.
    • Orders office supplies and provides backup documentation to Finance.
    • Works with highly confidential information for purpose of data entry, scanning documents, scheduling, and customer service.
    • Generates professional correspondence, reports, statements, meeting minutes, and forms from verbal and/or written instructions, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software and general office equipment.
    • Assists or provides back-up coverage for all CIHS Administrative positions.
    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
