Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. The Division of Family and Community Services is recruiting for a Client Services Technician. This position is perfect for individuals who want to be a part of a team that is protecting the safety and welfare of Idaho's children. Client Services Technicians (CSTs) supervise court-ordered visitations between children in the department's care and the parents/guardians to ensure safe conditions are maintained. CSTs transport children to and from visits and appointments, as well as a myriad of other important coordination activities. CST’s must be able to lift and carry items weighing approximately 50 pounds, and to perform physical work such as lifting and carrying children, car seats, and boxes.
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace. In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is dependent upon satisfactory results of the investigation.
