Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Director of Clinical Services is a key member of the Abraxas Academy leadership team who supervises a multidisciplinary team to ensure that in-services programming occurs on a regular basis.

    As the Director, you will be empowered to develop and manage the clinical operation through creation and implementation of clinical programming and supervision of clinical staff. This position provides on-site leadership and daily direction for the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of client care in a culturally sensitive and advanced fashion.

    Salary Range: $88,000 - $100,000 Annually

    Sign On Bonus: $8,000 (Ask for Details)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Shift: Monday – Friday

    Must have valid licensure in PA as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or higher-level credential that enables the candidate to provide licensing supervision.

    The Director must possess knowledge of dual diagnosis/chemical dependency/mental health clients; age-specific client issues, limit setting and behavior management, crisis prevention and intervention techniques; knowledge and comprehension of regulatory agency standards (DDAP, DPW, CMS, Joint Commission, etc.); staff development procedures and requirements; ability to communicate orally, telephonically, and in writing; working knowledge of computer systems and various software. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player. Good documentation, organization and time management skills are necessary. Must be effective in decision-making and problem solving.

    Director, Clinical Services

    Job Duties Include:

    • Devising strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth.
    • Planning and overseeing all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
    • Develops and oversees facility operational policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate standards, rules, regulations, to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with educational, medical, community services, family services, and the training department
    • Prepares appropriate reports and correspondence of all treatment services in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with applicable standards of care.
    • Assesses and monitors service resource utilization and assists with performance improvement process.
    • Ensures that programming and services are appropriate to meet the needs of the clients of the facility.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, or other related field and 3 years of experience in a human service agency, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
    • Must have current licensure in PA as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or higher-level credential.
    • At least twenty-one (21) years of age
    • Valid PA Driver's License
