THE ORGANIZATION
Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a non-profit agency under contract to the State of California and for 50 years has provided the coordination of services to individuals with developmental disabilities. ACRC employs approximately 700 persons working out of eight offices in a ten-county area. ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California.
COMPENSATION
We adhere to a Ten-step salary structure, determined by a combination of educational attainment and professional experience. $45.76 - $68.34/hour equivalent to $95,180.80 - $142,147.20 annually. The actual amount offered within this range will depend on a variety of factors including skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related factors. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY
ACRC is seeking an Associate Client Services Director assigned to the Sacramento office. The purpose of the Associate Client Services Director position is to ensure that the agency achieves its vision, mission, and strategic goals, and that the agency, all departments, and all staff are focused on, and accountable for, serving eligible agency clients in accordance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act and/or other relevant federal/state laws. This position will oversee several Client Services Managers and manage complex client-related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field; have eight years of professional experience in human services or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities); have five years of supervisory experience (to include direct management of a function or Department), demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills; and have strong time management and organization skills.
