Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     THE ROLE:

    Hartbeat is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as an Associate Director, Client Services for one of our largest clients within Pulse, our brand-funded entertainment studio. This role is crucial in driving strategic client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This individual will be supporting a primary accounts within a highly regulated industry in addition to other clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build & maintain strong relationships with key prospective and current clients

    • Understand client needs and objectives, provide strategic guidance through a proactive approach with strong multi-tasking and management skills

    • Develop and implement strategic account plans

    • Work closely across Pulse internal stakeholders and clients to align business goals with Pulse services

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

    • Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management

    Project Management:

    • Lead and manage the execution of client projects from inception to completion

    • Collaborate across creative, strategy & insights, brand partnerships and marketing teams to drive campaign success

    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations

    • Negotiate contracts and ensure all documents and needs are executed in a timely, professional manner within scope of budget

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

    • Provide guidance and support to junior client services team members

    • Implement processes for continuous improvement

    • Partner with Group Account Director to proactively identify new opportunities for client growth

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • 5-7 years of experience in client services/account management

    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business objectives

    • Ability to mentor and inspire a team in a fast-paced, agile environment

    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

    COMPENSATION

    Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and work location. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes a discretionary bonus, based on individual and company performance.
