Lawn Doctor is hiring a part-time customer service representative (CSR) to join our team! In this role, the CSR will do a variety of things with a primary focus on helping serve our customer base.

This role is in the public eye and is all about developing and maintaining good, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Client services and sales is a position for a highly motivated, and energetic individual. The position is a hybrid of client account management and sales. The right candidate is socially fluent, well spoken and an excellent listener. Further, the ideal candidate is confident and capable of restoring our relationship with clients that are unhappy, whatever the reason may be. Experience with windows/or apple software, social media applications, and general tech- savviness is also preferred. Candidates must learn the industry and will be trained to do so, but any lawn care industry experience and knowledge is preferred.

- You can retain extensive information about our services, weeds, mowing and watering instructions, etc., and be able to pass this information along to customers

- Must be able to work well with other office staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform all estimates/evaluations and follow up on leads by phone and or email
- Schedule annual lawn check-ups and offer solutions and upsell options as needed during the checkup
- Follow up on lawn checkups by phone or email
- Run quarterly sales reports to gain insight into which marketing tools generate the most revenue
- Run cancel reports weekly, and reach out to clients with the goal of reversing their decision
- Help, if needed, with preparation and implementation of yearly renewal letters and sales mailers
Compensation:
- $15.50-18.50 hr, plus 3% commission paid monthly on sales
- QSEHRA (qualified small employer health reimbursement arrangement)-$200 per month
- Overtime: pay is 1.5 times the normal hourly wage.
Hours: 9am-5pm some overtime during busy season (March-May)
Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Preferred but not required
