We are dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients, and we offer an office atmosphere that is both fast-paced and laid-back. We also offer a 4 1/2 day work week, with our office shutting down each Friday at 1 PM.

Role Description

A key component in our goal of providing the highest quality of service possible is having a "director of first impressions" who exemplifies the firm--someone who is hardworking and able to complete tasks quickly and skillfully, but also who is compassionate and personable. The individual filling this position will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Providing administrative support,
• Managing phone calls and greeting clients and visitors,
• Preparing, sorting, and scanning mail,
• Scheduling appointments,
• Scanning and copying documents, and
• Monitoring office supplies and canteen items.

Additional responsibilities can be added and role can be expanded depending on an applicant's objectives, skills, and background.

Qualifications

• Administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
