What you’ll get to do

We get to make lives better! While working with the public in potentially stressful situations can be challenging it is always interesting and provides great learning opportunities!

Your most common activities will be: Answering phones and setting appointments, checking clients in and out of the clinic, triage of patient concerns and questions, filing and other clerical work, light cleaning.

We are more than happy to train, but you must bring an upbeat attitude and desire to work and learn.

What you should bring to the team

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior relationship building skills. Are you great at remembering the small things clients share and then enjoy asking them about it the next time they come in?
• Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and enter data with accuracy and consistency.
• Dependability. Clients count on us to be there for their furry (and not so furry) family members.

Prior veterinary experience is not required but a love for animals and a sincere interest in the animal care field are essential!
