We are looking for a patient, empathetic team player to join our talented group of Client Services Representatives. This position plays a critical role on the Child Services team supporting clients and providers, in accessing the Care4Kids child care subsidy in order to ensure that children can benefit from high-quality child care. This position is ideal for an individual seeking to get their foot in the door within an organization that is changing lives in our state for the better.

When and where you will work
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. every third Thursday of the month. Employment begins with in-person classroom training in our beautiful new office space! After a few months of continued learning on the job, you will be eligible to work from home for a portion of your work week.
