Provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking) requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Client Services Representative (Banking) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Client Success Representative - MSP

  • SUMMARY 

    The Client Success Representative role will support the rest of the Customer Success team by managing quotes throughout the entire sales life cycle, managing the procurement process, and managing client relationships on a regular basis.  The successful Client Success Rep will decrease turnaround time on quotes while at the same time improving customer retention by helping to achieve customer business goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will work with clients and new business prospects to scope out projects and new service proposals
    • Provide support to the Business Development team in more complex client solution
    • Attend client meetings as needed
    • Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients
    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with executive level contacts

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

    • Passion for delivering brilliant customer service and improving the way organizations work
    • Ability to develop relationships across different levels in a customer's organization, from end-user up to executive level, and the ability to determine who key stakeholders and decision makers are
    • Excellent communication and outreach skills, responding rapidly to customer inquiries, and drafting concise and informative e-mails
    • Outstanding organization, planning, and problem-solving skills; you should be detail-oriented, able to organize your own workflow, and able to deduce multiple solutions to any given problem.
    • Tenacity, patience, and a willingness and ability to learn new products quickly
    • Passion for people: love working with, talking to, and interacting with people through all means of communication, including your teammates and other coworkers
