The following provides a detailed description for the position of CSR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supplement Sales and Promotions Duties:
1. Create Relationships through daily interactions with our clients, company sponsored outreach and promotions programs.
2. Supervise lead generation process for the staff.
3. Motivate the staff and monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales systems.
4. Maintain the company protocol for Client experiences thru proper education of Nutrition, Training and Supplementation.
5. Establish and maintain an active Loyalty Card System.
6. Establish and maintain a strategic community cross promotion system while continuing to monitor monthly.
7. Audit sales monthly.
8. Maintain superior level of personal production.
9. Submit monthly game plan for training, promotions and in-store vendor functions to General Manager and Area Manager (if applicable).
10. Create, implement and promote special events for the store to generate sales.
Store Duties:
1. Adhere to the Nutrition Corners policies and procedures.
2. Manage all sales systems to ensure 100% accuracy and submit reports on a timely basis.
3. Responsible for cleanliness of the store which would also include training staff of set cleaning protocols/expectations. Not limited to: Clean shelves, baskets, office, front sidewalks, bathroom and floor as directed by the store manager or owner
4. Must maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
5. Protect and maintain company assets and resources, including inventory, fixtures, etc.
6. Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Must have positive attitude and be able to motivate staff in a positive manner.
2. Possess good leadership qualities.
3. Possess strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills.
4. Be self-motivated with strong organization and management skills.
5. Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through community outreach programs.
6. Must be able to take direction and adhere to Company polices.
7. Must be willing to learn and adhere to new systems as The Nutrition Corners continue to grow.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours and holidays
Required Experience, Education and Certifications
1. Minimum of 6 months of proven success with a management or sales position.
2. High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
3. Higher Level of Education is not required but will separate applicant from those without, as well as a higher hourly and/or salary rate

1. Position offers a competitive hourly rate.
