All animals in the VBSPCA’s care receive the highest level of veterinary care by our dedicated team of Veterinary professionals through the VBSPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic.
As a Client Service Representative you will serve as the primary liaison between the shelter staff and the potential guests. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, facilitating various appointments, maintaining accurate shelter records, and creating an overall welcoming and positive experience for potential adopters and guests. Administrative tasks include completing appointment reminder calls, organizing and restocking front desk materials, and preparing end of day closeout reports and deposits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and professional lobby appearance, promoting and maintaining the humane care and treatment of animals at all times, and fully participating in shelter efforts to offer all guests superior customer service.
