Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. jobs in Corpus Christi, TX
Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. acts as the customer's go-to banking resource to deliver in-branch services, referrals, and product information, resulting in enhanced satisfaction and broadened customer relationships. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Team Member Responsibilities:
- Building effective relationships with clients
- Selling policies to effectively meet the needs of our clients and explaining policy coverages
- Strong and effective phone communication with customers and sales representative
- Providing consistent, accurate and timely communication with clients in person, over the phone, etc.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients
- Ability to analyze, negotiate and compile customer renewals
- Must be bilingual

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
