Heritage Acceptance is looking to add to our Client Services / Collections Team. In this role, you will assist customers with their automobile loans. This includes discussing arrangements on delinquent accounts, collecting payments, communicating with customers via phone/text/email, skiptracing/investigating, and working collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
