The Role: Client Service Representative
The Client Service Representative is crucial in ensuring the flawless processing of transactions for new clients and reinforcing relationships with both new and longstanding clients. In this role, you will be the main support for lead advisors, assisting with the launch of new ventures, overseeing client interactions, and playing a vital role in the growth of Pivotal Financial.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Process new client business for life insurance and Fixed-indexed annuity.
· Handle new account paperwork for Fee-Based Advisory business.
· Manage ACAT paperwork and processing in compliance with SEC Regulations.
· Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all paperwork and account servicing processes.
· Interacting with clients and handling administrative work.
· Handle client calls regarding withdrawals, conversions, account questions and requests.
· Uphold our commitment to excellence in client service.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Familiarity with life insurance and fixed-indexed annuity business.
· Experience in fee-based managed money operations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive Learner: Keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and accepting challenges.
· Detail-oriented, reliable, and dependable.
