We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate our core values each day with our team and clients (humble, hard-working, trustworthy, client-centered, servants heart). The primary responsibilities of this position include:
· Preparing and completing paperwork, including working side-by-side with clients and advisors
· Following up and completing tasks identified by advisors from review meetings with clients
· Providing accurate information to callers/clients based on our established procedures
· Adhering to and reporting appropriately for compliance-related activities
· Updating client files
· Using systems/technology established in the office
· Assisting with administrative tasks, including greeting walk-ins, answering the phone, opening/closing the office as needed, completing research activities as assigned, participating in iWealth events (summer picnic, iShred event, etc.), printing/imaging/copying as needed, as well as other tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate will have a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate good computer skills. Experience working with complex forms and paperwork is preferred, but not required. This person must be able to problem-solve and demonstrate a high level of follow-up and completion of tasks, and attention to detail.
