CSA is seeking a Facility Manager to prepare, execute, and manage pre- and post-exercise setup/recovery/reset of all facilities. This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities * Assists in the overall management of Soldier details. * Provides daily facility maintenance management for the MTC through daily coordination with the MTC Government Property Manager for the routine maintenance and repair of Government provided equipment and facilities. * Submits work order request to the local Department of Public Works (DPW) for facility repair actions.
* Maintains the Government Furnished Facilities in a clean and neat condition. * Performs assessments and reports issues with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. * Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in associated discipline or high school graduate and 10 years' logistics experience.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
