    JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
    Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume warehouse operation to include freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers. 
     
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    • Follow company procedures for inventory control and purchasing, following FIFO, serialized, and average cost inventory models.
    • Responsible for “Bill and Hold” and customer owned inventories (reporting and deliverables).
    • Oversee personnel responsible for execution of daily inbound/outbound shipments.
    • Work closely with Production Manager to ensure staging and assembly orders are shipped in a timely manner and to customers’ expectation. 
    • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
    • Operate the internal order entry / inventory control system and software.
    • Track delivery dates and backorders for releases. 
    • Transfer inventory in-house to appropriate One Peak business as applicable. 
    • Maintain a clean and current filing system. 
    • Maintain list of orders that need to be delivered. 
    • Responsible for execution of daily cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.  Organize and plan audit prep and testing as random test audits could be performed up to twice per year.
    • Receive parts, attach all paperwork to orders, stock inventory and keep parts cage organized.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to emails. 
    • Build strong and lasting relationships with all Customers, Vendors, and Team Members. 
    • Remain calm, friendly, and responsive under pressure.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    EDUCATION EXPERIENCE KEY TRAITS
    • Bachelor’s degree/AA degree /Tech School training.
    • 3 years of inventory management. 
    • 2-3 years of Microsoft Office 365 experience -Preferred 
    • 2-3 years of Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory Management, etc. -Preferred
    • NetSuite Experience Preferred.
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping principles and terms.   
    • Must be able to pass and maintain forklift operator’s certification. 
    • Model and always embrace safety protocols and practices. 
    • Self-starter and able to maintain motivation with very little supervision; must be able to prioritize tasks as needed. 
    • Organize and prioritize workload on an ongoing basis. 
    • Relates well, and remains calm, friendly, and responsive, with a business-like attitude to others in person, and over the phone, with and including customers, venders, and team members.
