Role Summary

Modutecture Technologies is looking for a Project Manager to join the Customer Success team. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate resources, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. This is a unique opportunity to implement Modutecture’s approach to design and construction.

Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate

Communication

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders and team members
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes effectively to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns

Budget and Time Management

• Manage project budget by tracking expenses and controlling costs
• Manage timelines and schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time

Quality Assurance

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Establish quality metrics, monitor project performance, and implement quality control measures as needed

Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Project management certification (Agile, PMP, LSS, etc.) is preferred, not required
• 2-5 years as a proven leader or project manager in architectural design, engineering and construction
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (MS365)
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in project financials and accounting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Other

• 10% business travel is to be expected based on role, team and customer needs
