Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the IT organization, the Manager, AI Technologies will lead the team, design, and operation for Artificial Intelligence solutions across Laborie, working with internal business partners as well as 3rd party providers to deliver.   The Manager, AI Technologies will strive to ensure the continued operational success of all of Laborie’s AI applications.

About the Role:

• Responsible for the overall management and direction for all technologies and services related to AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning).
• Provide the design and direction to build the AI strategy for Laborie, including the development and implementation(s), operational workflows, and any requisite policies, procedures, and guidelines that will be necessary.
• Support any project management activities with expertise to ensure accurate planning and deliver, as well clear use case and requirements documentation.
• Guide both internal team members and external partners for AI systems architecture, risk management, verification and validation, and continuous monitoring, providing a stable and reliable AI experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Diverse technical experience, including AI modeling, software engineering, quality and risk assessment, and monitoring of deployed software.
• Data modeling and data exploration tools experience, including expertise in the use of scientific computing and data management packages.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver at a strategic level, partnering in the vision for AI across all functions.
