What's the role?

In this role you will be:

• Using a combination of analytics and customer/partner discussions to determine which problems to prioritize to get the best return on our investments
• Documenting clear problem statements and associated product requirements to engage engineering, UX, architects and other counterparts and discover features/solutions
• Being accountable for getting innovative features/solutions delivered to production, working with various internal contributors and stakeholders across architecture, engineering, customer success, technical support, legal, marketing, etc.
• Building and maintaining short and long term product roadmaps
• Helping improve our products and services by instituting a scalable way to seek continuous feedback from thousands of customers, at scale, and processing this feedback to highlight key areas of improvement
• Enabling new and upcoming HERE products and services to become discoverable, available and purchasable on the HERE Storefront
• Communicating state of the business on a frequent basis to stakeholders and leadership.

Who are you?

You are a go-getter, with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and have the following:

• 8 years in industry working experience, including 4-5 years of relevant experiecne in product management.
• Experience in building product vision and roadmaps, documenting product requirements and landing products that deliver demonstrable customers value
• Demonstrable experience growing users and/or revenue with products you’ve managed, working with a cross team of stakeholders from product, eng, legal, marketing, sales and support.
• Platform Product Management experience or experience with launching developer-facing products, e.g., APIs and SaaS platforms
• Demonstrable ability to derive insights from data to define potential opportunities that advance the business.

 As a Product Manager you will be part of a nimble and ambitious HERE Platform team. The Platform team is responsible for building an intuitive, self-service experience for thousands of customers and partners who use the HERE Platform Portal to manage their purchased HERE products, review usage reports, pay bills/invoices, connect with HERE customer support and perform other such administrative functions. Users from companies of all sizes – startups to enterprise – use the HERE Platform to incorporate location technology directly into their products and drive innovation that is fundamentally changing the fabric of our society.
