Your role in our mission

• Position will be primarily responsible for scheduling, facilitating, documenting, and sharing facility activities & issues in weekly facility status meetings.
• Point of Contact for client facility inquiries, facility projects and activities beyond routine real estate manager facility tasks.
• Coordination with Gainwell Global Real Estate on projects and facility activities as needed. Coordination of facility related tasks and ensuring projects are satisfactorily completed.
• Oversight of real estate management firm - tracking project activities and budgets to ensure costs are accurate and properly documented.
• Coordination with Cost Reimbursed Accounting team on facility and other invoicing issues. Participate in facilities budget planning with DHCS, the Cost Reimbursed Accounting team and real estate management firm.

The pay range for this position is $69,100.00 - $98,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
