Encore Technologies is seeking a Payroll Manager responsible for overseeing the activities of the payroll staff and supervisors, ensuring that payroll is executed accurately and timely in all markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred; Five years experience as a Payroll Manager preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software, with a strong emphasis on Excel. The candidate should also have experience working in HCM’s (Workday, UKG/Ulitpro, ADP, SAP, etc..) and be familiar with time-keeping systems (Kronos, ADP, UKG, etc..).
