Your Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Local travel in Okaloosa County only, no long-distance travel required
• Install, terminate, and test security system field devices including security cameras, access control devices, intercom stations, pushbuttons, and various other security devices
• Terminate security system head-end equipment cabinets
• Troubleshoot hardware and software
• Provide necessary reporting, scheduling, and job status information to Project Managers
• Perform post-installation system start-up and commissioning testing, owner training, and turn-over certification

You MUST have:

• 3-5 years: Commercial Security System installation experience to include installation and maintenance of Analog/IP Camera Video Systems and Access Control Systems
• 2 years: Low Voltage experience
• Experience with security system installations in a large-scale commercial or school environment
• Experience with Analog/IP Camera Video Systems (Bosch preferred)
• Experience with Access Control Systems (Salto preferred)
• Experience in terminal strip, punch block, cat. 6 and minor solder terminations
• Maintain wire termination standards and color coding
• Ability to differentiate colors
• Strong computer hardware and networking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record
• Must pass a criminal history/background check.
