Position Overview: Talewind, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Client Implementation. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our products. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from initial planning and requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality implementation within budget constraints.
3. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Talewind's software solutions, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process and beyond. Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions and deliver exceptional service.
5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the client implementation team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process. Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in client implementation, project management, or related roles within the software industry. 
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software systems and configurations. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, drive results, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving value for clients through innovative solutions.

Location: This position is based in Temecula, CA. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our office location.
