Sanders Smoke Technologies produces Self Contained Smoke Generators that are attached to aircraft for air shows and other purposes. Known for the Smokewinder generator, these are the same dimensions as the Sidewinder missile and have been attached to ~ 40 aircraft types worldwide over the last 50 years. We are looking for a highly motivated and quick learning individual to join our team and possesses the following skillsets:

A willingness to work well with others and follow processes and guidance as required.

Have the ability to follow build procedures and instructions per Sanders Smoke Technologies quality standards.

General knowledge of hand tools and shop machine operations in a proficient and safe manner.

Adapt to a fast-moving environment, one that can see multiple job responsibilities in any given day.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment depending on the deliverables of the day.

Be able to work in a shop environment, both inside the hangar and outside during all seasons during the year.

Extra consideration will be given to people with production, fabrication, welding, and general shop experience.

This position will assist in Smokewinder preparation work including tube preparation, sub-component prep and fabrication, paint preparation, generator production, and other tasks as required.
