Client Technologies Technician, Sr. maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. Interacts with end-users to identify current computing procedures and desktop-based LAN systems software operations and makes selection recommendations accordingly. Being a Client Technologies Technician, Sr. is responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. Writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Additionally, Client Technologies Technician, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager. To be a Client Technologies Technician, Sr. typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Sr. Contracts Manager {D}

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for performing full life-cycle Contract Management for a large portfolio of high value contracts. Active US Government Top Secret security clearance required.

    Sign-on Bonus: Up to $25,000

     

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Lead negotiation activities for major proposals
    • Analyze and negotiate contracts received from the government and industry prime customers identifying areas of risk and developing negotiation strategies
    • Support functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) by providing contract advice in support of proposals, agreements and other activities as required

     

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
    • Extensive knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
    • Have demonstrated experience working both directly with US government acquisition organizations and as a supplier to the major aerospace prime contractors
    • Extensive experience negotiating terms and conditions
    • Have a working knowledge of FFP/FPIF/ CPAF/CPIF/CPFF/T&M and hybrid contract types 
    • Have a working knowledge of DPAS Regulations
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as business systems (i.e. SAP)
    • Possess excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external

     

    Education:

     BS or BA in an applicable field (business, legal, etc.) is required
