Building Maintenance

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the building's exterior for signs of damage or wear
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Perform general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and drywall patching
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and their maintenance requirements
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs and maintenance
- Welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication project

-Basic carpentry and plumbing skills

-Ability to read a tape measure
