Role Accountability and Duties
Education, Experience & Skills/Abilities
Required:
Working knowledge of database design, development, and maintenance
Possess 3-5 years' experience working primarily in an environment related to data warehouse reporting
Experience working within a cloud development environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and best practices in data visualization
Ability to define both technical and customer requirements necessary to bring an analytic from the conceptual to product delivery
Working knowledge of the healthcare provider and payer markets
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Working knowledge of various Extract, Transform and Load tools
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent written, speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering field, or equivalent combination of experience
