Being a Client Technologies Technician, Sr. is responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. Writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Additionally, Client Technologies Technician, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager. 3Nines Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT troubleshooter. We are looking for that special individual that has a driving desire to live and breathe technology. The person we are looking for wants to solve IT problems - from desktop issues, to software, to connectivity. Previous experience demonstrating your skills is a requirement.
You need to know what you’re doing. Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Microsoft 365 mail problems, password issues, printing problems, as well as a variety of issues that can come up on a corporate or small business network. Microsoft servers, basic networking, routers, switches, firewalls, troubleshooting, etc. Experience is a big plus. Our work is primarily done in our office but remotely from the customer.
Our support desk is the front line of support for our customers, so this job is very much in the spotlight. We do go onsite when required. You need a desire to work with multiple clients daily. You’ll get to support and work with VOIP systems as well! This is a fast-paced environment where we work on everything from complex environments to everyday networks.
Certifications are great but real-world hands-on experience is what we are looking for. If you are ready for that next step, you'll get more experience with 3Nines in a year than you will in years anywhere else!
