Being a Client Technologies Technician, Sr. is responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. Writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Additionally, Client Technologies Technician, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager. To be a Client Technologies Technician, Sr. typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Sr. Performance Enablement and Employee Relations Partner to join Procore’s Performance Enablement and Employee Relations team (PEER). As a member of the newly former Performance Enablement and Employee Relations team, (PEER), the Senior Performance Enablement and Employee Relations Partner engages with the business to drive performance enablement best practices, provide performance coaching and facilitation of performance management actions as well as providing all aspects of employee relations including investigations, and support of various projects throughout the organization. This position is strategic and hands-on and requires a high degree of collaboration, employee relations expertise, and ability to interact well with all levels of the business. This is a full-time, hybrid position and can be based in Carpinteria, CA; Austin, TX; Tampa, FL. What You'll DoWork with various business leaders and Talent Business Partners to drive end-to-end performance enablement best practices to include performance coaching for people leaders, facilitate Performance Success Plans, and to drive the overall success of all performance enablement and performance management actionsIndependently conduct unbiased investigations, determine findings, and prepare all required documentation. This includes but is not limited to conducting confidential interviews, preparing a clear and concise report summarizing findings of the investigation as well as maintaining case management/tracking tools.Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues, and conduct investigations in an unbiased mannerIdentify relevant investigation issues, potential evidence and investigative actions and partner with other teams as appropriate to ensure follow-up on employee concerns. Maintain consistent interactions with leaders, partners, and employees to help navigate new or critical situations that require ER expertise both proactively and spontaneouslyAnalyze employee relations trends with our Talent Business Partners and help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs and practices that demonstrate a robust understanding of Procore’s business objectives and dynamicsSupport and identify areas for training and coaching for Talent Business Partners in regard to Performance Enablement actions, emerging Employee Relations topics, updates to policies, local practices and/or new laws and regulationsDrive and/or support various projects within the Performance Enablement and Employee Relations scope, e.g., policy and handbook reviews, and maintenance  What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of experience with workplace investigations best practices and standards, including conducting neutral fact-finding interviews (experience investigating allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation) while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality; Master’s Degree/JD preferred. Deep knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, which govern employment policies and practices; international experience a plusThorough understanding and direct experience with application of all aspects of performance enablement, navigating key partnerships, as well as ability to build strong, trusted partnerships across all levels of the organizationExcellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentAbility to objectively communicate with employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues Excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong business acumen demonstrated through familiarity with internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standardsExperience in the tech industry and/or international Employee Relations experience is a plus  Additional InformationBase Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145.
