With a longstanding dedication to women’s health in the community, this Clinic is part of a larger award winning health system. Offering comprehensive pregnancy care, gynecologic care and hospital midwifery, the clinic services also include laparoscopy and micro-invasive surgery, infertility, urogynecology, annuals and general gynecology, cervical cancer screening, pessary fitting, family planning and biopsy.
Reporting to the Clinic Director, the Women’s Services Clinic Manager will lead daily operations at this busy center. Supported by a Business Office Manager, Patient Care Nursing Supervisor, and other members in leadership, the Clinic Manager will join a well tenured and high-performing team. This person will also work closely with a terrific team of Providers, many of whom have earned local acclaim for their patient care.
The Women’s Services Clinic Manager will join a high-performing center, and will take over a wide range of administrative and operational duties. This person will lead budget development, will help prepare financial analysis, and serve as the point of contact for provider communications. Additionally, this Manager will help establish and implement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction, as well as directly leading the accreditation and regulatory compliance programs.
