Living Water Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a
Clinic Administrator Manager & Business Administrator. In this role, you will oversee various
departments, including HR, Operations, Administration, IT, and Customer Service. We are
looking for someone with a strong background in business and healthcare management who
has excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all clinic departments and ensure smooth operations, including coordinating staff schedules and ensuring coverage.
- Implement staffing standards for hiring, training/development, and scheduling based on Living Water Clinic's best practices.
- Purchase supplies and manage inventory to optimize efficiency and control costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve staff concerns in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive work environment.
- Fine-tune and streamline clinic operations for maximum efficiency, monitoring and control of expenditures within the approved budget.
- Ensure technical support and systems are up-to-date, and oversee the completion of cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Manage credentialing for providers and facilitate staff training and quarterly reviews. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and additional care staff, ensuring effective communication and patient care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain an environment that meets all safety standards.
- Oversee and manage various programs within our organization, such as VBC, CCM, and RPM, while ensuring compliance with programs like CHDP, VFC, FPACT, MIPS, and Hedis.
- Identify, plan, and participate in marketing activities and community events to increase patient volume and engagement.
- Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of communication that promotes employee retention.
- Communicate and monitor clinical excellence standards of care and safety standards in line with regulatory agencies and Living Water Clinic Health policies.
- Build positive relationships with clinicians, support staff, patients, community members, and vendors, managing conflicts with care and empathy.
- Manage the Corporate Development Department and assist in the development of new Rural Health Clinics.
- Pursue the growth of provider staff for Rural Health Clinics and telemedicine services.
- Overlook bookkeeping, deposits, monthly P&L, and all expenses.
- Cultivate and maintain corporate culture growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field (Master's in Health Administration preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with insurance billing and claims management.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and healthcare management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

Physical Requirements Of The Position:
- This position will be working in multiple office settings, with no extremes in temperature or lighting.
- Reliable transportation to and from multiple office settings is required.
- Applicants should be able to work with equipment typically found in an office and medical care facility and should be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation. - Ability to lift 25 pounds and transport items in and out of vehicles. Ability to work on feet/run errands for 4 hours per day as needed. Ability to sit at a desk for 6 hours per day.
