Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team. This role involves comprehensive management responsibilities across all five of our clinics. The Clinic Manager will oversee human resources, enforce policies and procedures, maintain our handbook, and ensure the smooth operation of our clinics. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of care that define NeuMed.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee operations in all 5 clinics, ensuring consistency and quality staff compliance and quality of care. *Lead and support a diverse team of Medical Assistants, LMRTs, Front Desk Coordinators, and Nurse Practitioners. *Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, performance oversight and performance evaluations. *Micro-manage policies, procedures, and updates to the clinic handbook. *Oversee staff scheduling to ensure coverage during all operating hours *Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. *Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and address any staff concerns or conflicts. *Coordinate with other healthcare providers and administrative staff to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

*Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. *Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting. *Strong leadership skills and experience in HR management. *Excellent organizational and communication skills. *Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies. *Ability to multitask and manage multiple clinic operations. *Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to multiple locations in a single day.
