Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role requires a blend of customer service, administrative support, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and possess excellent computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Manage office correspondence including emails and letters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Check patient's insurance information and request prior authorization
- Inventory management, and cleaning office when necessary
- Able to use EHR system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or receptionist roles
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite / Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning or personal assistant duties is advantageous
