Clinic / Community Relations Manager
Lice is very common and often stressful for everyone involved. As a Manager, you will be our Clients' Hero through your patient care, and the Community Champion through the relationships you will build and develop with schools, doctors, community centers, and other partner businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of lice technicians while conducting head-checks and treatments for any affected household member
• Make a connection with Point of Contact at schools and businesses via calls and in-person visits
• Enter up-to-date leads/prospects activity and details into customer relationship management database and appointment system
• Schedule school-wide head lice screenings
• Educate clients all about lice removal and sell Lice Troopers lice removal products, when appropriate
• Provide clients with informational literature and address questions or concerns
• Sterilize equipment
• Prepare invoices and collect payments
• Arrive at your assigned destination punctually, professionally and with the appropriate supplies
• Confirm scheduled appointments with client and technicians for the following day
• Assist with ordering supplies and scheduling staff, as needed

Requirements

• 1 years of leadership experience is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and MUST have good eye sight (in order to be able to find small nits in the hair)
• Must be comfortable with the concept and job of nitpicking
• Strong customer service skills and compassion for other people
• Calm, friendly, professional, and patient demeanor
• Adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Reliable transportation, valid car insurance, and valid driver's license

• Starting $15-$20 hourly
